Huge 1st payment - error !!

I have a house with an annexe with a different meter. The main house no 64 was already with bulb (under different user id). I switched the annexe no 64A to Bulb in the last few days. This morning you took £229.00 out my account, the day after I sent you the meter read for annexe. What does the 229 relate to ? You’ve also emailed me saying that I’m over 300 in debit.
I’m starting to feel a bit doubtful about my decision to move to a challenger utility. Please clarify what’s going on immediately.
