I am paying too much & I want to skip a month

I have £240 on my account & I do not wish to pay anything this month. How can I do that as I cannot contact Bulb. I have tried to reduce my payment online but it still wants too much.

hey @jane9335- well you have contacted Bulb now :slight_smile: I have paused payments for this month (so nothing will come out of your account in October). Let us know if you want anything refunded or another month paused
