I can’t get onto my bulb account.

I have down loaded the app I have tried logging in but all it does is take me to the community bit I can’t see anything to do with my account. I have been asked to give a meter reading but I can’t do it. Please can someone advise

hi , I have exacty the same problem. I am caught in a loop of hell. I try to give a meter reading and it says sign in, so i sign in and it takes me to community , i ask to submit a meter reading and it asks me to sign in, i sign in and it takes me to community etc etc etc for ever.

@Allanr The link you provided just begins the loop again. I sign in and it says:

Go to Community
Or you can sign in to your bulb account with a different email

By a strange coincidence I had the same problem (first time ever in my 15 months as a customer) after I posted my previous answers. Unfortunately I can’t reproduce the situation but there was an option to get out of it and enable me to correctly log onto my account.

Are you able to provide a screen shot of the login screen when you in theory are trying to log into your account?

@catherinemid Hi there, I have now sent you an email with new login details. This should work now.
The problem logging in derived from the fact that you had a cancelled account with the same email address and when there is a the same emails address for two separate accounts the system doesn’t like it unless those accounts are specifically merged.
