I cannot see my expense

Hello, I am using bulb energy for my flat. However, I did not get any receipt or paper to show my spending. I cannot connect my account because they don’t send me the e-mail for connection. How can I reach my account to see my payment and expense?

Have you tried entering your email address and requesting a password reset link on https://account.bulb.co.uk ? If your account isn’t showing up/recognised, I would drop Bulb an email at help@bulb.co.uk (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) with your name, address etc and they should be able to ensure your online account is setup correctly.
