I am finding your website incredibly difficult to use and I am fairly tech savvy. Please can you tell me how to settle my final bill.
It’ll be settled by direct debit, the same as all your previous bills. If you’ve already cancelled the direct debit (which you shouldn’t do until your account is fully settled and closed) then you’ll probably have to phone up and pay by card.
I have tried to telephone several times and cannot get through. Please advise.
What does “cannot get through” mean exactly? If you mean it’s a long wait in the queue, then yes you’ll just have to wait I’m afraid. From reports on this community it seems that calling bang on 9am when they open is the best time to get through quickly.
Remember they’re not open now until Monday morning so you certainly wont be able to get through today.
