I can't change my payment card

I tried changing my payment card because the one currently on the system is no longer valid. I managed to enter the big long number but the system won’t allow me to enter the expiry date or the code found on the signature strip. Please help

Hello, I can’t change my payment method either - have tried so many times - but its just asking for a direct debit and I want to pay with my new card , thanks

Are you able to log into your account and access payment settings?

You should be able to change the payment method there. Do let us know if that doesn’t seem to work.
