Is this normal?
hey @ewan8631 our system shows that you signed up directly through our website, not someone’s link. Is this incorrect? Or are you referring to a friend signing up using your link?
When I signed up through my friends link there was some sort of problem with my supplier switch which means the link didn’t work. When I rang up to enquire about the problem I was told that the £50 would be still be applied.

The same thing has happened to me! I followed the referral link and it went through perfect. But now that I’ve switched… And it has completed, still nothing.
