I can't submit my electricity reading

Hi, I’ve tried to submit my electricity reading for the past couple of months, but for whatever reason the “submit” button doesn’t go green and I can’t do it. The gas one is absolutely fine. It doesn’t work on either the app or the website, the last successful reading I gave was in June. Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Hi @Vickie that is rather odd, a few things to check are that you have a number in every box (add zeros before the reading if it isn’t long enough to fill the box). I can see that we had a reading from you in the last few days-has it started working again? If so, then great!
