Good morning,
The top up app isn’t working right now… i have never received a card so how can i top up in situations like this? I’ve emailed saying I haven’t received my card but never heard anything back or got a card. So what do I do I’ve tried calling but there’s no one on the lines this is completely stressful.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulty you’ve had while topping up. I’ve had a look into your account via the app and it seems like it’s now all up and running as it should be. Are you now able to top-up via the app?
I have requested for a new smart pay as you go top-up card to be sent to you and this will be with you in 3-5 working days. If you have any issues topping up online before your smart pay as you go card arrives please let us know as we can generate a code you can take to the shop to top up your meters.
