I don't seem to be able to submit my meter reading online

And the number says it is not in use…can you let me know asap how I can submit the meter reading and if this will be available online in the future?

Sorry that you’re having trouble with the site. If you email your readings to help@bulb.co.uk we’ll enter them in for you. The phones will be open from 9am though if you’d prefer.
