I have not had my monthly bill

I cant contact you during your opening hours due to work. I am trying to find out why i have not a bill for this month. The money is in my account but no bill has been produced.

Sorry about the delay on the statement, there was a billing failure on our system that prevented it from being sent.

I’ve corrected that now and you should receive an updated statement shortly
