I have one meter reading. Why does Bulb want two?

My electric meter, only had one reading, not two. My Bulb account, is asking for two readings, so i put same reading, in both boxes, but it still won’t let me submit, any readings!

For some reason, Bulb has you configured as having an Economy 7 meter and not a standard ‘single rate’ meter. If you drop them a line on help@bulb.co.uk or call them (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ), they’ll be able to sort things out.
