I have just referred my mother to bulb and she has switched over online but was never asked for the referal link? How can we both claim the £50 referal fee??
You should have given her your personal referral link to click on to start the switch process. Contact Bulb directly to ask them to add the referral manually. Contact details can be found by clicking the Help button.

What do you mean by “I have just referred my mother”? Perhaps you mean you sent her the link? In which case provided she clicked on it then everything will be fine.
