For Smart meter, the gas reading is 5 digits, not 4. Some energy company’s billing software cannot handle this. Can anybody who has a smart meter and switched to Bulb let me know if this company can handle it? Thanks.
Hi @Lingzi, my gas meter is also 5 digits and is handled fine by Bulb’s systems.
Your smart meter would however be treated as a dumb meter after the switch and you would need to submit manual meter readings until Bulb install 2nd gen smart meters in 2018.
