I just tried to logon to bulb and it said "account cannot be found"

Someone has told the council and water company that they have moved into my address!

Hi @kirst,

Don’t panic! At the moment, the Bulb online account management system is having some wobbles (there was a maintenance window earlier on today and it looks like there have been problems afterwards) and practically everybody is getting the ‘Error message. Couldn’t find your account. Please enter the address where you receive your Bulb Account emails’ message at the moment.

Hopefully things on the Bulb side will be sorted in the next few hours - and I hope you get the council/water company issue sorted.
