I’m a horrible tech person

I don’t know how technology works and accidentally cancelled my account before it activated!!! Any chance this cancellation can be cancelled!?

Hey @Kaeli - I’m afraid not, everything goes through pretty much instantly. The best thing to do would be to sign up again in a week or so (any sooner and the registration won’t work), or ask us to set the process in motion again (by email to help@bulb.co.uk is probably easiest) and we can get everything sorted :slight_smile:
