I opened my account with bulb via a recommendation and they haven’t received the £50 reward? Can you arrange payment?

It’ll be best if you drop Bulb an email at email@example.com (other contact details are available: https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) with details of the recommendation/‘refer a friend’ link you used and they should be able to get this sorted for you. This will then be credited to your Bulb account as ‘credit’ for future bills etc.

I can safely assume you have not read Bulb’s Terms & Conditions at: https://bulb.co.uk/terms/ scroll down to 17.3.10 which says
17.3.10. Personal Links may not be posted or shared in reply to Bulb’s platforms, or Bulb profiles on other platforms.
