I owe Bulb £85.25

I am leaving Bulb and owe Bulb £85.25. The transfer away from Bulb has taken a lot longer than the 6 weeks indicated .
I have cancelled my D/D and would be grateful if a method to pay by e-mail be sent to me

As this is an account specific problem, I would suggest contacting Bulb directly either via email on help@bulb.co.uk or telephone on 0300 30 30 635 (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) and they should be able to help. I believe you may be able to login to your account at https://account.bulb.co.uk (click ‘Sign in’ in the top right) and go to ‘Payments and statements’ to make a payment.

@Michaelhamilton If you call us on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) we can take a payment over the phone by debit card.
