I received letter from my present supplier saying that my new supplier could not supply me - normal?

So is this normal - or a mistake or why dont bulb tell me they cant supply me?

@1976_1976, we have not heard anything from your present supplier about an error with the switch. Sometimes the current suppliers can object to a switch for various reasons such as outstanding payments in the account. As far as we can see, the switch is going through and if an objection does happen an email will be sent to you straight away.
