i submitted my first reading as requested,the electric is correct but the gas reading bears no resem

I submitted my first readings as requested, the is correct but the gas reading you have bears no resemblance to the number I sent you

The readings we have for you this month, and the ones we have for your opening meter reading, seem to be fairly similar. If you think there’s a problem with the opening ones, we may be able to get them changed, if you wouldn’t mind sending us a photo of your meter, clearly showing both the reading and the serial numbers printed on the front? If you could fire that over to help@bulb.co.uk we can check that all of your readings are ok.
