I want to Pay my final bill?

Can’t seem to find a section where I can pay my final bill. I have looked everywhere on the Bulb website without any luck?
Noticed that the telephone lines are only open until 18.00hrs??? Most people are still at work then, I certainly am. If only I could get through to someone at lunch time I would be able to pay my outstanding bill of £11.01………
I’ve now had a email telling me they will take legal action if the final payment is not paid immediately. Can someone advise what to do???

What you should have done is not cancelled your payment authorisation until your final bill had been paid. Since it would appear that you have, that means you have no choice but to find time to phone up Bulb and pay that way.
