I had a smart meter and IHD installed over three months ago. Contacted bulb and reset the connection several times.
Bulb were still estimating the account using the old meter 3 months after installation.
Yesterday got an email saying problems are fixed.
IHD flashes on and off and won’t connect to either WiFi or Smart Meters.
Looking to change suppliers as customer support cannot give a straight answer and revert to a tick sheet when dealing with the query.
They have never considered that the IHD might be faulty
