IHD Display Problems

When the engineer installed our smart meter, he also set up the IHD unit for the electricity supply and to date, that unit will not connect to my account. When switched on, it starts up then displays a message “Waiting For Current Data” and the time never changes from “0:00”. It does that for a few minutes and then it reboots and goes through that cycle again over and over again.

Have you any suggestions for what the problem with my IHD unit might be.
