I had Smart Meters and an IHD installed on March 19th 2019. The IHD has never worked properly since installation and I have not had any useful information from the Bulb help team to solve the problem. During my last telephone call to the help team I was promised a replacement IHD but I’m still waiting. I’m 78 years old and sick of all the hassle this is causing. Why can’t you get it sorted out Bulb ?

I have contacted Bulb on numerous occasions. They are no help whatsoever.
