IHD Lost Connection......Again!

Hi, my IHD has failed to display readings several times lately with attempts to reset not working. This latest fail has now been going on for last 4 days. I’ve depowered and restarted as per instructions and followed reset procedure on Bulb account more times than I can count.
What is wrong with it?
