IHD - no readings


We had a smart meter fitted on 6th November. To date we have had no readings at all. Despite resetting it 3 times and following the on/off, 5 meter checks we still have no data. Where do we go from here?

I want to have a little look into this because I can see that the electricity seemingly wasn’t replaced, only the gas, but I just want to check everything is correct otherwise.

I’ve just sent you an email about this, requesting a photo of your electricity meter. I’ll be able to look into your gas readings for you too :+1:
