My IHD still not working after 5 month, waste of my time trying to contact bulb, they have not helped at all , it’s been a disgrace how bulb are sorting the faulty IHD , sent around 20 emails plus several phone calls, and still no help from bulb
Mine isn’t working after 2 months. What was the point of the smart meter if you still need to submit meter readings?
Mine hasn’t worked since the install in May.
Lots of fob off emails now they tell me that they intend to roll out a fix in the next few months!
Same issue here and also told we can’t withdraw credit because our readings aren’t up to date, which is because our smart meter isn’t working. Support have been useless and we’ve lost all faith in Bulb.
