No and don’t expect a quick fix, I have the same problem because the engineer did not pair our replacement smart elec meter to the gas meter. Bulb are just ignoring my emails and phone support is useless, I’m looking for a new supplier as Bulb CS is terrible now. They can’t cope with all the issues from the smart meter rollout.
My IHD only shows the electricity reading not gas. I have had both working but not for a couple of weeks now. Smart meter put in about a month ago, originally it displayed the gas reading and not the electricity. The wifi signal usually flashes but sometimes is steady. What is going on?
