IHD still not working after 4 weeks!!

Tried all the suggestions and still nothing working. Utterly useless and wished hadn’t waited in for the 4 hours of installation. And as for you still being able to take actual readings even if the IHD not working, why was my last bill an estimate. Would be good to be able to speak to somebody rather than filling emailing on a forum…

Thanks for highlighting the number, should have looked harder! although I had to wait for 45 mins to get through. Still not working though…
