  1. Get this sorted today by contacting me.
  2. Put my original metres back in I never had a problem with.
  3. I refer this to offgem as a complete utter scam. Looks like you have pissed off 99% of your customers now. I’d rather pay more and go back to A RELIABLE supplier.

I doubt if anyone on this customer forum can help whatever your problem is. I am not convinced of the accuracy of your 99%, that aside you are free to leave Bulb at anytime with no exit fees.
