My IHD has never worked since the not so smart meters were installed on 20th May.
The clock is stuck on 0-00 and only the electricity symbol showing and waiting for current data.,even after numerous resets and running the battery flat.
Meter readings stopped showing on my account on 15th July, emailed the smart team asking them what was happening,as expected,no reply.
After a phone call and numerous emails Bulb told me that the IHD was faulty and that I was on a list for a replacement which may be available in a month or two but “don’t hold your breath”
Now I’ve received an email which says that the smart team? think that it’s a software problem and I’m on a list for an over the air fix next month!!!
How many more new excuses can they invent?

Not worth even thinking about!
