Im moving out of my flat on the 23rd of agust!

im moving out next month to a house for the first time what do i need to do about my account and what do i have to do?

What @norman7115 said is absolutely correct. If you login there’s an option called ‘move out’ where you can schedule your account to close, this is the easiest way.

We’ll ask you for some meter readings nearer the time to make sure your final bill is accurate :spiral_notepad:
