Ive just found out that my starting meter reading for Gas is incorrect. The reading is estimated where as i distinctly remember submitting the actual reading at the time of joining bulb. Please advise.
@zzkhan thanks for getting in touch with us regarding the gas reading. It looks like the reading we first received on your start date included too many digits. This caused the readings to be rejected by the industry.
If you’re able to email us at email@example.com with recent gas readings - we will do our best to dispute the incorrect first reading with your old supplier to ensure that we’re both billing you correctly.
