In Home Display Constantly Restarting

My IDH has been constantly restarting for over a week now. I have used the Bulb IDH reset tool several times with no result.

Can someone at Bulb send the reset to the DCC to reboot my connection please?

Welcome to the community :raised_hands:

This is a known problem, I am going to request a comms hub reboot for you and this will take around 3 weeks to kick in and then it should stop restarting.
