I have had my IHD for almost 12 months and it has never worked. It is very close to both meters (electricity and gas) and I have turned on and off several times. I have used the box on the Bulb sign in page to notify of this and this says it will be reset but nothing has ever happened.

It looks like your IHD was not commissioned on the smart network but we should be able solve this as both of your meters are!
I am going to email you requesting a photo of the bottom of your IHD so that I can start the process for this.
You should then be able to see all the data on the display
