I am very disappointed with my smart meter, that I had fitted on 11 April, which still isn’t working! I keep getting told by Bulb that they are working on getting the software fixed. This has been going on for a couple of months now. And the lady I just spoke to on the phone this morning, really wasn’t interested in helping me and sounded very bored and uninterested about my query. When my meter does come on, it’s all in Welsh too?! I am now thinking of switching to a new supplier and get a smart meter that actually works. Such a shame as the reason I joined Bulb was because really liked their eco approach to energy supply.
I got mine installed on the 05/04/19 and it’s still not working. I have rang them and emailed them but I’m just going told I will have to wait a few months. I am just in the process of shopping around I am definitely leaving bulb. They aren’t the same company I signed up to a few years ago.
