In Home Display wanted

I’ve been a Bulb customer just over 1 year but never had a IHD How can i obtain one.

We were unable to send IHDs during lockdown but we will look to be resuming these in 2022. We were unable to locate your account via your email, so we will message you directly to get account details so we can look to get this booked in.

Hi Carl as a new user it won’t let me add the registered email address and i cannot reply to the emails i have received.

I still havent hdi or my top up card which was meant to have been sent on 4/3/ 20.
Still no sign !!
maybe its teamed up with the hdi box that still hasnt turned up !!
Its meant to be smart so maybe its just decided it cant be arsed lol

I can see a new top-up electricity card has been sent out yesterday for you. This should take 3-5 working days to arrive. I have also put you on our waitlist for an IHD to be sent out to you. I do apologise about this.
