In House Display has stopped working

As of this afternoon my in house display don’t seem to be showing any usage. Its is showing as full Wifi signal but the mobile bar has dropped from 3 bars out of 4 to 1 bar for signal but it sometimes dose that with no lose of service.
Any help would be good,

Once you’ve sent that in we’ll try and fix your IHD overnight, so it should start working in 24 hours. If it’s still not working in 48 hours then get back in touch.

@Mel_at_Bulb IHD has started working again after following your link but is showing an old tariff price and not the current tariff pice.
