I’ve had smart meters fitted and an in house display for two weeks and still it only display gas useage. Bulb have reset the connection twice which has made no difference. Chat is always unavailable, does anyone else have this issue?
Yes, it’s a common issue. I think Bulb May need to re-run the electricity meter join for you.
How do I get that done? Is it a call them up job?
I think so although I did here talk of a form you could fill in.
