In House Smart Meter Displays

I am very disgruntled with BULB, they dont seem to care that issues have arisen with the above Items, I found an E mail from someone from Chameleon says that an update should fix the problem, been waiting weeks now with NO results, ( the update is IHD6 - CAD-PPMID 1.4 CAD 1.9) But this is yet to happen, Any Idea how long

Thanks for letting us know the IHD number and we are sorry to hear that you have had some issues.

By the looks of things we just need to arrange a slot to reconnect to the network, we would love to fix this for you.
