Incorrect estimated opening reading from switch

Hello, I switch over from Shell on 7 Oct. I provided readings for gas and electricity on 2 Oct. Electricity actual reading was accepted. But the gas reading has used a higher estimated number. Within the app, I took a photo of my meter to show it isn’t as high as the estimated gas reading on the Bulb app. But I haven’t heard back. Please can someone help me on this? Who else do I contact? The app doesn’t let me know if something will be done?
