Incorrect Initial Meter Reading

I just submitted my first monthly meter reading and I saw that my initial reading was incorrect. How do I sort this as my old supplier has taken this reading for my final payment.

@hollyg Do you have any record of previous meter readings or would you be able to send us another photo in a weeks time just so we can get this corrected with your previous supplier?

Yes I have pictures of my initial reading, or could also send you current ones if this would help to solve the issue
