Incorrect meter reading from old supplier

I recently changed to Bulb and the day reading bulb has captured is higher than the reading I have just submitted one month later. Does this mean I have been overcharged?

Hi @Georgia1458 - great question. It will mean that your final bill from your previous supplier was too high, and we’ll credit you back for the difference. If you’d like us to, we might be able to dispute that reading with your previous supplier - we’ll just need another reading from you in about 2 weeks, so we can calculate backwards and work out what your reading should have been on the switch date.
