Incorrect Meter Reading - Help!

I accidentally mistyped a meter reading back in June (Gas), and despite several messages to the support team, this still hasn’t been rectified.

When trying to give up to date meter readings, I have to upload a photo of the Gas reading, but after this has been submitted, the reading isn’t updated in my account. The last Gas reading with accompanying photo was sent 5th Oct - and still it doesn’t show. Several have been sent before this last one, but I cannot find a phone number to call anyone.

Can someone please look into this ASAP.
