Incorrect meter reading submission


I suspect the gas and electricity readings were submitted in the opposite forms. How can I check and correct readings?

You should be able to see your meter readings via your account dashboard at: and select “Energy Usage”. If the readings are incorrect one of the Bulb team should be able to assist when they are back in the office on Monday.

Hi @veecon as @Allanr says you can see your recent readings in energy usage, and I can let you know that we have the reading of 88… down as your electricity and 13… down as your gas. if that is the wrong way round, please do let me know, and i’ll see what we can do to get the flipped.
