Incorrect meter reading submitted

I submitted an incorrect electricity meter today and immediately tried to submit the correct reading but it rejected it as not as what was expected. I cannot get to the meter to take a photo, as requested of the meter but would like you to accept the revised reading of 5020

This is a forum for Bulb customers, no one here can update your account with a new reading. You need to contact Bulb directly, via the contact information in the help pages.

How much out was the reading? If it’s not much I wouldn’t worry about it, since it’ll get corrected next month.
