It seems I read the wrong gas meter (neighbours) for a meter reading. I’ve taken the correct reading today, which is lower than the previous one. I have submitted this but will it cause any issues?
You may need to phone, email or live chat Bulb to resolve, shouldnt be a problem.
If any readings you have submitted have been incorrect, you’re best off letting Bulb know as they can affect future estimates if nothing else.
Normally fastest to give them a ring to sort things like this out (0300 30 30 635 Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00).
