Incorrect meter readings and bills

Joined bulb over one year ago. Had wrong meter readings (Night and day) Have had some e mails from Scott who was sorting it. Have also spoken to Megan. Have sent a lot of e mails but nobody replies…

Have also sent several photos of meter and lists of monthly readings. Still no response and BULB keep sending me incorrect bills showing CREDIT. On their advice I have now reduced monthly payments but I know this is not correct. (Night readings should be day and day readings should be night)
