Incorrect Meter Readings

Hello, not sure if it is my mistake, or yours, but the meter readings on the account are wrong and when i try to add a new reading on app it wont accept, presumably because the reading is lower than the current one. How can I update? I’ve taken pictures to verify numbers and happy to send in if required. Thanks
