Incorrect meter readings

Somehow, Bulb have incorrect meter readings provided by my previous supplier, which also differ from the readings given by my previous suppliers on the final bill - who am I meant to contact to get this rectified? I’m finding it really difficult to sort this and get better estimated readings.
